Windy Hill Scenic Overlook (on Lakeside Dr. just north of Davis Ln.) is often cited as one of the best views in Reno proper. No facilites, though.
ReplyDeleteIt absolutely is. I love visiting this spot when the weather is extra interesting. I’ve added it to my Bartley Ranch post and hope everyone in town gets a chance to see the awesome views with their own eyes.
